Soja Dorada SRL produce and sells precooked whole
soya. The product is provided in form of parted, crushed and milled
grains, and powdered. From its processing-plant, located near to Buenos
Aires, it is delivered in containers of 1 or 2 kilograms, and in 20
kilograms bags.
The grain or bean of soya contain vegetable proteins
in the order from 37% to 40% of their weight; this characteristic
constitutes a great advantage from the point of view of the diet and
nutrition. However, the grain or bean of soya contain two elements that
don't allow the direct or raw consumption: the excess of ureásica
activity and the denominated anti-tripsina. These elements need to be
eliminated for the human consumption, that is reached by a treatment of
heat and with the exclusive technology of the company.
The excess of ureásica activity, is manifested by a
bitter taste; it also indicates the presence of the anti-tripsina. This
is an inhibitor enzyme of the absorption of proteins from part of the
organism. Both "problems" are also solved, in a homemade way, by
lingering soaked with replacement of water and boiled later; but with
this action a third "problem" arise: it is that most of the proteins of
the soya are soluble in water and, for that, they get lost with the
soaked and the water replacement mention before.
The soya disabled by another procedure that is not
the one used by Soja Dorada SRL should be consumed immediately or
conserved in cold. The precooked whole soya of Soja Dorada can be stored
for a long period of time and it doesn't need to be transported in
refrigerated vehicles.
